SUSTAINABILITY POLICY
To ensure the effective use of natural resources with environmental responsibility awareness, our primary objectives are to minimize all types of waste generated from resource consumption, segregate waste at its source, and safely dispose of hazardous materials without harming the environment. We aim to comply with relevant laws and regulations, continuously improve our practices, and promote environmental awareness among our employees, guests, tour operators, suppliers, and the public. By making our policy a lifestyle and extending it to all areas of our lives, we ensure the continuity of our applications and make them available for public review.
We are committed to regularly training our employees, continuously improving their working conditions, and identifying potential hazards and risks to prevent possible workplace accidents and occupational diseases.
By complying with legal requirements and our standards, we protect human health and rights, promote teamwork, and provide a safe and healthy work environment. Our occupational health & safety policy is to make all employees aware of their responsibilities to ensure the health and safety of themselves, their colleagues, and our guests. We regularly review risk analyses to improve the culture of prevention continuously.
Without allowing discrimination based on race, gender, disability, or other factors, we aim to prevent the exploitation of vulnerable groups and increase both the quality and quantity of local employment generated by tourism, including improvements in wages and service quality.

With the belief that there is always room for improvement, we continuously measure our services to guests and make efforts to improve. We lead the industry with our pioneering work and set an example. Our management style is built on professionalism, honesty, diligence, and reliability principles. We provide services following our brand standards and take an immediate approach to correct any issues that arise.

In our investments, we consider guest expectations and use our experience, knowledge, and skills positively to improve ourselves by applying developing and up-to-date technology. Our hotel, which competes in the national and international markets, is committed to never compromising on its “superior quality” understanding.
PURCHASING AND LOCAL SUPPLIER POLICY
To support sustainability, protecting the environment and minimizing our business’s negative impact on it is our primary goal. To contribute to the development of the community around us, we prioritize sustainable practices in procurement.
We carefully select high-quality, purpose-suited, and regulation-compliant food and beverage products for our facility, and we prioritize locally produced items. To minimize environmental impact during our operations, we consider the following criteria in addition to price, quality, and suitability when making purchases:
- Preference for equipment that consumes less energy
- Preference for equipment that consumes less water
- Preference for products and services that generate less waste
- Preference for materials that cause the least harm to the environment
Once the service life of cooling gases used in our hotel has expired, we replace them with new cooling machines in compliance with environmental legislation. We work with our suppliers to raise awareness about sustainable product and service procurement.
The use of natural resources without damaging the ecosystem is essential. In all procurement activities, we prioritize animal rights and the sustainability of wildlife species, and prohibited products are not supplied.
For products derived from wood, paper, fish, other foods, and wild nature, we choose certified products and suppliers. Where certified products or suppliers are unavailable, we research their origins and production methods.
We carefully manage all consumables, including food, to minimize waste, favor reusable, returnable, and recycled products, and expect suppliers to minimize and manage their waste appropriately.
Environmentally, we value practices like using energy-saving products and sourcing from local/regional businesses. Supporting local entrepreneurs in developing and marketing sustainable products and services is another target.
We adhere to the principle of fair trade, avoiding corruption, bribery, and conflicts of interest. We prioritize business partners who comply with commercial ethics and legal regulations, and we protect the intellectual property rights of all our business partners.
Our institution works with local/regional suppliers to meet and support its social responsibility in the entire supply chain. We view our raw material and technical suppliers as essential partners with whom we build trusting relationships through open, fair, and equitable trade. To earn the trust of the community, we also promote a Sustainable Management System throughout the supply chain that considers environmental, quality, occupational safety, and human rights.
ENVIRONMENTAL AND WASTE MANAGEMENT POLICY
With a strong belief in sustainability and awareness of our responsibilities toward the environment and society, we conduct our activities with a commitment to continuous improvement. We will maintain our operations with sustainable environmental principles and work to minimize pollution and environmental harm by controlling potential pollutants. We pledge to meet our legal obligations, adhere to environmental regulations and administrative guidelines, and minimize the negative impacts of our activities by using the best available technology.
Our aim is to create a lifestyle of environmental awareness and protection, which we share with our employees, guests, suppliers, and the community. To increase environmental consciousness, we will organize necessary training sessions to enhance our employees’ knowledge, awareness, and motivation on environmental matters.
To prevent pollution, we will work to reduce pollutants at their source, reuse materials, or recycle them. We will use energy and natural resources at optimal levels and implement activities to prevent unnecessary resource usage. Eco-friendly and efficient products will be purchased and supplied to support zero waste, waste reduction, and reduced chemical use.
Environmental risks will be identified after each department’s activities, and preventive measures will be taken to reduce waste. Solutions for waste separation will be implemented throughout our facility and in rooms. Hazardous waste generated at our facility will be disposed of in compliance with environmental regulations, and this will be carried out regularly within our organization. We store waste separately according to its characteristics and deliver it to licensed/authorized companies within legal storage limits, keeping records of all waste disposal activities.
To ensure the sustainability of our natural resources, we will regularly monitor our water and electricity consumption and take protective measures to prevent excessive use. We will continue to educate our staff on the importance of using chemicals in adequate amounts to avoid overuse. For garden maintenance, we will prioritize biological pest control methods and continue applying drip irrigation to conserve water.
In order to prevent possible emergencies and environmental disasters, we will conduct regular drills with Emergency Response Teams.
We will make continuous improvements in our Environmental Management System. We will continue our efforts to use natural resources efficiently and to prevent pollution related to soil, water, air, light, noise, erosion, and surface runoff. We strive to minimize our carbon footprint and greenhouse gas emissions. Regular reminders will be provided to employees and guests to raise environmental awareness. Environmental awareness boards for employees will be maintained to reinforce this consciousness. We measure our environmental performance, monitor data against targets, and work to improve our performance.
HUMAN RIGHTS, EMPLOYEE RIGHTS, AND EQUAL OPPORTUNITY POLICY
We are committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment within our organization, free from discrimination in hiring, compensation, training, promotion, termination, or retirement. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, caste, national origin, disability, age, gender, sexual orientation, association, union membership, or political identity. We support the participation of women in the workforce across all departments and offer equal opportunities.
Our institution aims to increase the quantity and quality of local employment generated through our workforce. We provide employees with clean showers, drinking water, meals, transportation facilities, and accommodation. We are dedicated to maintaining an open-door policy that allows employees to express their suggestions and concerns freely without fear of physical, mental, or verbal coercion.
We prioritize career planning and encourage all our employees to work within a spirit of teamwork rather than individually. We foster a sense of belonging and protect our employees’ personal information and confidentiality. Compensation for overtime work is paid as a monetary benefit rather than as time off, and annual leave rights are granted immediately after they are earned, following legal requirements.
We avoid imposing an age limit in recruitment, recognizing the importance of professional competence and experience. We regularly provide training to our employees to develop a shared management language and foster a culture that encourages continuous learning.
We strive to improve working conditions continuously, identifying potential hazards and risks to prevent possible occupational accidents and diseases. Our organization adheres to a fair and legal framework for working conditions and compensation. We ensure that all employees benefit from social and additional rights and rewards. Respecting and protecting the legal rights of our employees is a fundamental duty of our institution.
POLICY ON VULNERABLE GROUPS AND CHILD RIGHTS
Children are entrusted to us as the future. Recognizing their individuality, we respect their rights and protect them against any form of psychological, physical, or commercial exploitation.
To achieve this, we strictly adhere to the principle of not employing child labor as outlined in the International Labour Organization’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work. We expect the same sensitivity from all our business partners. Within our organization, we create environments where children feel free, comfortable, and can express their thoughts, feelings, and desires. We provide our employees with training on preventing and recognizing child abuse. We ensure that children are supervised by adults during their participation in activities.
We organize awareness-raising training sessions to promote child rights and support relevant projects. If we witness suspicious activities concerning children, we inform hotel management first and seek assistance from official authorities when necessary.
We protect vulnerable individuals, including those who lack capacity to consent or who may suffer serious consequences from the exposure of their personal data. Women, babies and young children, the elderly, pregnant women, individuals with mental health conditions, refugees, disabled people, ethnic minorities, and patients are never subjected to exploitation, discrimination, suppression, coercion, slander, or any form of abuse. We always recognize and support the value they bring to the world and our institution.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION POLICY
With awareness of our responsibility to provide the best service to our guests, our institution aims to maximize customer satisfaction. To achieve this, we adopt a clean and healthy quality approach with all our employees and managers, maintaining effectiveness in this direction. Our guests are the reason for our existence, and we believe that by enhancing customer satisfaction, we can strengthen our competitive edge and achieve higher positions in our markets.
Our primary duty is to follow up on guest complaints, inform guests about the issue, and turn complaints into opportunities by finding solutions. By identifying and analyzing our guests’ expectations and needs in advance, we are committed to corrective actions that maximize guest satisfaction. We view our guests’ feedback as an opportunity to improve ourselves, channeling guest requests and expectations through our management in a quality-focused approach and raising staff awareness to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction.
OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY
Our organization recognizes human life as its most valuable asset and prioritizes creating a safer and healthier working environment as a key business objective. To improve the performance of our Occupational Health and Safety management system, we identify and evaluate the hazards, risks, and opportunities arising from both our organization’s activities and external sources.
We are committed to eliminating hazards and risks at their source and taking preventative measures to protect all parties and stakeholders. We consider the suggestions and opinions of our employees and their representatives as a primary source for continuous improvement in all activities. We pledge to enhance awareness of occupational health and safety among all employees and stakeholders and to continuously improve our health and safety management system in line with legal requirements through periodic goal-setting and reviews.
ENERGY MANAGEMENT POLICY
To protect our world from potential threats, we use energy efficiently and set goals to reduce our energy consumption.
In this regard, we follow national and international standards, laws, and regulations to fulfill both our environmental responsibilities and legal obligations. We voluntarily carry out initiatives to reduce energy consumption and/or continuously improve our energy consumption performance, tracking the results of our efforts. We set goals and incorporate energy efficiency into our training programs to ensure employee participation.
We value collaboration with all stakeholders to create common goals and outcomes in energy management. We aim to foster collective awareness and consciousness with our guests, employees, visitors, and all business partners on this topic. We strive to identify, purchase, and use energy-efficient products, equipment, systems, and technology alternatives. Our goal is to document, disseminate, and, when necessary, update, review, and continuously improve our Energy Management System across all departments. We assess potential energy risks or constraints and plan precautionary measures to address these emergencies.
STAKEHOLDER COMMUNICATION POLICY
Our hotel provides accurate information to all audiences in its promotions, always using authentic visual materials. Through our website, social media accounts, other printed and written promotional channels, and marketing communications, our hotel maintains a transparent and realistic structure regarding its products and services.
In addition, our hotel openly shares its policies and sustainability efforts, actions, and operations with both employees and customers. Our website serves as a primary channel for this purpose, offering information on our sustainability performance. A system is in place to gather feedback regarding our sustainability performance, policies, and practices from customers, public institutions, municipalities, employees, local residents, and other relevant individuals and institutions. Through this system, we collect feedback from both our staff and our guests.
This system is organized to enable and encourage our customers and employees to provide feedback quickly, easily, and effectively. Customer satisfaction is a priority at our hotel, and this includes feedback related to sustainability, as described above. We analyze the results, document any negative feedback along with our responses, and take the necessary corrective actions.
Our employees are well-informed about their roles in our management system, as well as our sustainability-related policies and practices. The responsibilities of each employee are clearly defined, communicated to them, and reinforced with necessary training and guidance on a regular basis. These training sessions are documented.
Our employees play an active role in improving and continuously enhancing our management system and sustainability performance. Based on feedback from our employees, we review and improve our system accordingly.
